Who can contact customer support? 

There are two cases:

  1. You are a Pryntec customer (installers, integrators, etc.) and you are experiencing difficulties with the installation, configuration or activation of one of our solutions.
  2. You are an end user of a Pryntec solution and you are encountering difficulties in performing an action or you are noticing an anomaly on one of our solutions.

Why should you contact customer support?

Various reasons may push you to contact the customer support; loss of password, problem of license activation, difficulties on the installation or the parameter setting of a product… Whatever the degree of technicality, our teams are in charge of finding a solution as soon as possible.

For all requests concerning your invoicing or a quotation, we invite you to contact your dedicated sales representative. However, if your request concerns an after-sales need, we invite you to connect to your customer portal.
